Financial transparency
TSF's funding is made up of corporate sponsorship, grants from foundations, institutional bodies and donations from individuals.
Funds that guarantee TSF's independence
Télécoms Sans Frontières has built its partnerships with international companies in such a way as to guarantee total independence in the implementation of its actions and programmes. This private funding represents 86% of the association's resources (source 2023). The diversity of these partners allows TSF to be free from any political or religious influence.
Funds allowing for immediate reactivity
The organisation set up with our partners over many years enables us to raise funds immediately, which is essential for our response in any emergency situation in the world. It is indeed in the very first days that we can save lives. Without this funding, we would not be able to act with the same speed and efficiency.

Private and public funding essential for our programmes and innovative projects
Institutional funds guarantee our intervention over the long term when the response requires it and also allow us to participate in longer-term programmes that involve the implementation of innovative solutions developed by our R&D department.
Transparently managed funding
Télécoms Sans Frontières is a non-profit association under the French law of 1901 and is recognised as being of general interest. TSF is audited every year by an independent auditor and is regularly audited by donors such as the European Commission, the UNHCR, etc. Beyond the legal verification, these audits aim to guarantee the rigour of management, the good use of funds and the implementation of quality policies.
You can find our annual financial reports on this page, that justify the origin and use of our funding.
