Connectivity
Natural disasters can cause significant damage to telecommunications network infrastructure, making communication impossible for affected communities and emergency response organizations. During complex or protracted crises, millions of people who are forced to flee or are in vulnerable situations do not always have access to connectivity.
Reconnecting people at the heart of crises
Without reliable connectivity, people cannot stay in touch with their loved ones or find critical services needed for to survive and recover, including medical care, social services, or educational continuity for children. and emergency responders cannot effectively deliver these services to the population.
Design technical solutions adapted to crises
Over 25 years, TSF has been involved in the immediate response to over 180 humanitarian crises. Faced with longer crises and telecommunications networks that are more resistant to immediate disasters, our expertise lies in our ability to design technological solutions for reliable, stable and free Internet access, adapted to specific and complex contexts.
Our action helps to overcome the instability of connections or the absence of infrastructure. Our solutions use both satellite and terrestrial networks, WiFi and licensed networks, and any other technology TSF experts can adapt to needs in the field.
