Following two powerful and deadly earthquakes (7.8 and 7.5 magnitude) earthquakes that occurred in the South of Turkey and Northern Syria in the morning of Monday 6 February, 2023, we deployed a TSF team early morning on the 7th.
The objective of this deployment is to restore connectivity if necessary, to help the rescued people to contact their loved ones, find information and resources, and to support relief operations.
TSF started operations in both Antakya (Hatay province) and Kahramanmaraş, based near Gaziantep.
